Outdoor Yoga for Queer Liberation

FREE w/ RSVP: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfeIl95wpQGOdgbeoyGB3JPNw3uOq40T7oCa_ATEGHLFl9pKg/viewform

Join Southern Oregon Coast Pride for a special yoga and movement class for people who identify as 2SLGBTQIA+, but allies are welcome.

Yoga for Queer Liberation is an outdoor, inclusive class for all levels of experience. We will explore yoga and somatic movement using our breath, connecting to each other and the sacred embrace of mother nature. This is a space for all bodies and abilities, a space to feel safe, a space to breath, a space to release and know that you are not alone in the fight for queer and trans liberation.

Please bring a yoga mat and two yoga blocks - both blocks and mats will be provided if you don't own any. Once the class is finished, you're invited to stay to enjoy a cup of tea and chat with new friends!

When: Monday May 18th

Time: 6pm - 730pm

Location:  The address will be sent to you upon registering to ensure safety for everyone, but it is located in the Coos Bay area. *This will  be an outdoor yoga class if weather permits.

Class guided by Abby Knipp, a local queer, non-binary, activist and nature-lover. This will be a trauma-informed, accessibility-focused space.
