Southern Oregon Coast Pride is seeking a full-time Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator to lead community celebrations, build relationships, and support our 2SLGBTQIA+ programming across the Southern Oregon Coast.

This role blends remote flexibility with in-person connection. You'll coordinate events like Pride in the Park, oversee our Gender Affirmation Closet, and support an incredible network of community volunteers. We're looking for someone who is passionate about equity, creative in outreach, and organized in follow-through.

This position includes:

• Full-time hours with flexible scheduling

• Paid time off, health benefits, and mileage reimbursement
